Halton Region is updating its Forest Management Plan to guide how Regional Forests are cared for, used, and protected over the next 20 years. Your feedback will help inform priorities and management approaches before the plan is finalized. Learn more about Halton Regional Forests on halton.ca.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Note: This survey applies only to Halton Regional Forests and does not include Conservation Halton forests or forests managed by City of Burlington or the Towns of Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville. If you are unsure which forests are part of the Halton Regional Forest system, please view the interactive Regional Forest tract map on halton.ca.

Your participation is voluntary, and information you provide through this survey will be used to help inform the 2025-2044 Halton Regional Forest Management Plan. Survey responses will be reviewed and summarized in aggregate and will not be linked to individuals. If you choose to provide contact information at the end of this survey, it will only be used to follow up on your comments or to provide updates about the Forest Management Plan. This personal information is collected under the authority of section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001, O. 2001, c. 25.
